Main Act Artist · Support

Bring the page.
Leave with a report.

Choose the kind of help you need. Main Act will turn it into a safe, specific report you can review before anything opens in your mail app.

Support is not monitored for emergencies. Never send a password, authentication code, recovery code, full payment-card number, or private recording unless we arrange a secure transfer.

01 · Choose a topic

What do you need help with?

Choose one report type. Nothing is sent, and no mail app opens, until you review the prepared draft.

02 · Prepare the report

Page. Problem. Proof.

Name where it happened, explain the gap, and attach only the evidence needed to verify it. This three-part recipe works for bugs, billing, access, accessibility, privacy, and factual corrections.

01 · Page

The exact route, exercise, charge, or control.

02 · Problem

Expected result versus what actually happened.

03 · Proof

Safe steps, receipt ID, or primary source.

Choose a topic to build the draft.

The report will appear here for review. Choosing does not copy, open, upload, or send anything.

03 · Share safely

Useful detail. No secrets.

A page, a precise problem, and bounded proof are usually enough. Remove anything we do not need.

Account access

The account email (never the password)

The sign-in method you used

The exact error and when it appeared

Billing or refund

Purchase platform: web, Apple, or Google

Receipt or transaction ID if available

Charge date, never a full card number

Product issue

Exact page or exercise URL

Device, OS, and browser/app version

Steps, expected result, and what happened instead

Correction or accuracy

The exact page and claim or interaction

What appears wrong and why

A primary source or reproduction steps when possible

Privacy or data

The account email if relevant

Which right or product control you need

Country or region only if it changes the request

Accessibility barrier

Assistive technology and version

The control or content you could not use

What would let you complete the task

Never include

Password, verification code, recovery code, or secret key

Full payment-card or bank-account number

A private audio file, student roster, identity document, or sensitive file unless a secure method is agreed first

04 · Self-service

Use the direct route when it can finish the job.

Membership changes, privacy details, account deletion, and service terms each have an owned destination. Sign-in may be required for account controls.

05 · What happens next

We aim to reply within two business days.

Billing, identity, provider, or account-cleanup requests can take longer. If they do, the reply should say what is waiting and what information is still needed.

Support route reviewed August 31, 2026. A reply uses an @mainact.app address and should never ask for your password, authentication code, recovery code, or full card number.

01 · Send

Review the recipient, subject, and sensitive details before sending.

02 · Receipt

Your sent folder confirms the message left your email account.

03 · Resolve

Keep replies in one thread so page, problem, and proof stay together.
